Pondering about addiction, avoidance, and attention, as I’ve been facing my urge to reach for my phone and pursue liberation from oppressive systems.
Where would my awareness be if I had not fallen into the addiction of doomscrolling?
Would I still be blind to these shiny oppressive systems?
